Individual therapy is approached from an integrative standpoint which includes insight oriented, psychodynamic, cognitive and behavior-oriented therapy. The goal is to increase self-awareness and further understand your life circumstances and the behavioral patterns you would like to change.

The focus of therapy will be to address unconscious, unresolved issues that can lead to years of self-destructive behavior. Once we understand why you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, relational or life stressors, we can begin to develop coping strategies, experience relief and focus on positive change.
